2024 is the year we begin to embrace

showing up authentically, creating the wedding not of perfection but one that's marked by an deep love for real connections (*ahem* inviting our closest and realest friends to our weddings) and creating spaces for what matters most (getting married to your best friend and celebrating in the moment).

We're taking "you-do-you" to a whole new level:


I don't know about you, but I love nothing more than creating intentional spaces for connection and celebration for my clients. Weddings should be completely about you and your love!


  • If inviting over 200 people to your wedding is your jam, then by all means please do! But if you're envisioning a wedding where you'll be able to connect with each guest regardless of their participation in the wedding party, then a smaller wedding might be more up your alley. Plan a cocktail hour where you are actually able to mingle and catch up with all those old friends who flew miles to make it to your special day, sit for a few minutes soaking in the celebration, and plan a few moments during the day to check-in with your groom.
  • Out with the stressful-expectation-draining wedding "must-dos" and in with a wedding that both meets your dream expectations and creates an experience you'll never forget. (largely stress-free).

Here are some "yes's" you might not see trending but are simple ways to incorporate that love for deep connection and for savoring sacred moments:

  • Yes to bridal party hangouts before the big day to ease the nerves! (And why wouldn't you want your best friends to meet his best friends?!)
  • Yes to sneaking off for a few moments post-reception to capture those golden hour portraits!
  • Yes to securing that last dance moment between you and your love after the dance floor clears off.
  • Yes to an after-wedding party around a bonfire or at that Airbnb.
  • Yes to more unplugged ceremonies (less blurry iphone photos being posted on Facebook without your consent) and yes to trusting your photographer to accomplish the vision for your special day.
  • Yes to spaces, outfits, and food that incorporate your tradition and culture.
